Virgin speed

I have just signed up to vivid 100 but can only get 20mps. Tried to call help line and just got cut off half way through trying to explain. Any ideas? Area code is 22.

at this rate I might hav well stayed with sky Smiley Sad

We also experiencing very slow and interrupted service, area 21 - I have re-set the router 2x to factory setting and that helped a little bit. 

We are now waiting for a brand new router and hopefully that sorts the problem out, otherwise we will leave Virgin. What is the point advertising super speed broadband if customers actually get them.

Wirelessly. Even so I wouldn't expect such a slow speed relative to advertised

Well if you want to see if it's just a issue on your line or if it's just the limitations of wireless being the limitations of wireless, you will want/need to do wired tests to see what speeds they come back with.

No ISP guarantees wireless speeds as there are too many factors outside of their control.
