Well done. This service is really bad. I am paying almost £50 for a very slow internet "fibre" connection and a very poor telephone service. Virgin is a very greedy company. I was late few days to pay my bill (for this terrible service) and they charged me £10 more because I was late. Who "punish" them for not providing the service? Give up before you have to stay 18 months without being able to leave.
Posting the speedtest is fine, just take your own IP out (as you have this time) and it's ok.
