Virgin RipOff Speed!!! Spend 45 pounds but service poor and not help!!!
My current package Vivid200 why upload fine over 10mb ping too fine 10+ but download speed no over 60mb normal speed from last few weeks always like this. That problem start after upgrade to new SuperHub 3!!!!

I'd like to apologise for the slow speeds you're experiencing, I know it's disappointing.
I can see that we're in the process of resolving a fault in your area, the ref is: F004698017 and it's due for review on the 25th Jan. While this is on-going you might notice the speeds are reduced during peak time hours (evenings and weekends).
