absolutely pulling my hair our with Virgin Media broadband speeds. I can accept faults/outages in the area...what I will not accept is that since summer 2015 there have been false promises to rectify the issues. We are told that repairs will be carried out by a certain date the following month. this process has now happened well over a dozen times. the latest being March 14th 2017.
I do not know how virgin get away with it and still take our money!
