Area Ref: 31 we have been experiencing over last few weeks buffering and iplayer constantly froze today. Speed test confirmed download speed of 0.25 to .75 mbps increasing to 7mbps where as it should be between 30 to 50 mpbs. Anyone having these problems??
Hi Samantha, The speed we get is very poor irrespective of the time of the day. Year on year we have seen prices increased for faster broadband speed which virginmedia promised but failing to deliver. Please fix it ASAP.
