Best thing you can do is ditch Vermin Media, a sham of a company who promote their so called Fiber network which is really based on old copper technology. Their promises are not but lies and deceipt. Im sure it will take 8 days for a VM support person to reponse back and tell you that everything looks wonderful at their end.
Your downstream power levels are way to high, I think even the offshore call center will see that.
You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.

There is also a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. The reference number is F004864679 and has a review date of 25th April 2018. As this is a review date it can be subject to change.
