Very slow speed

I'm paying for 50Mb and for the past 3 weeks I'm getting speeds consistently in the kb range. 200kb right now!

Absolutely sick of nothing working and no real help.
Anyone had a solution?
Can you leave your contract if they're not delivering on their end?

if you within 14 days cool off you can get out of it but with peek times if you in very busy area you can find slow speeds it can be the power levels need sorting again http://192.168.0.1/ don't sign in Check router status post the Downstream and Upstream and your Network Log

Using VIVID 350 Optical Fibre, Player TV, Talk Weekends

Really very sorry to hear about the slow speeds experienced H3LI3,

 

I've had a look at your equipment levels and there does appear to be an issue with the downstream power.

 

I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come out and resolve this for you.
