My internet has been unacceptably slow since September, with speeds in the evening (when I'm at home and awake) usually between 1 and 2 mb (3 if I'm lucky). At quieter times I can actually get the speed I'm paying for, so it's not my equipment. Presumably this is the ongoing overutilisation problem.
I'm in the same boat pal. In KT4 and I feel your pain! Got through to support who confirmed there is a network issue in our area (for last few days) and ETA for resolution is 2nd March although this is only an estimate. I'm getting a refund for the period which is not great as I rely on this for work. Apparently network issues aren't reported on the Service Status page so most people are unaware there is a problem.
