Very slow internet speeds

Hi All,

Have noticed over the last couple of weeks that we have been getting ridiculously slow speeds connecting over Wireless on both 2.4Ghz and 5 Ghz channels. Speedtests of around 1 mbit/s.

Here are the downstream, upstream and logs:

Re: Very slow internet speeds

Your downstream is totally borked, very low power levels and poor SNR.

On the offchance you have an attenuator scewed to the back of the SH have take it off.

You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.
