According to your website, there are no problems with internet in RG22 5AF area. I even run a test which didnt show any issues, but internet speed fluctuate between 0.1 and 20mb and it's 10mb on average.
My package is 75mb, so current speed is well below normal speed.
Could I please ask to check if there is a problem in my area and advise how this can be revolved?
This is the second day we are experiencing slow internet and we can't even make Skype calls. Although speed of 15-20mb are okay for Skype, video and sound break up during call. How can this be reported to VM? We don't have VM phone So other way would be appreciated
