I'm getting a very slow download speed on 50mb virgin broadband. The speed is 0.35mb. The upload is fine 3.09mb. But the download speed is very slow. Its with wired connection too. Cat6 Ethernet cable, hub 3.0, gigabit Ethernet. Windows 10 pro 64bit.

I've had a look at the account and there does appear to be a high demand for our service in your area under the fault ticket reference of F004878729 with a review set for 14/12/2016. This fault is known to cause slower speeds during peak times.
