I have been a NTL / Virgin customer for years (10+) and up to the last 3 weeks everything has been great! Recently my internet has been rubbish, unable to stream netflix or even Virgins own tv anywhere service. We only have the 150mb/s line but at the moment it feels like 56k
So below is some speed tests and my upstream and downstream. That is wired mode on the modem. I have been told If i get the new router my problems might get fixed but VM refuse to send me one out unless I pay but seeing as I dont get what I pay for anyway why should I pay extra?
