I wouldn't hold my breath on it going up to the full speed on that date. But yes, they seem to have agreed. I contacted via chat the other day and got the reference and completion date, and they agreed to credit my bill, but i dont think that's something you'll get without asking for it.
Yeah doesn't help the call center being half way around the world !!. I'm sure they just have random excuses they use to fob people off rather than tell the truth that the lines and increased traffic cannot handle what they are selling.
Just like the BT rip off few years ago advertising if i am right 15MB download speeds but forgot to tell customers in wales that the lines were throttled to 3MB if you were lucky.
