Very poor BB in PO13 area in last 3 months+

As with other users, I have had very slow broadband (below 10mbps) nearly every night since at least November when I am paying for 100mbps.

I am using a Superhub 3

I'm fed up with spending hours speaking to faults/retentions just to be fobbed off that my area is over subscribed in the evenings.

Just looking at tonight's posts on here I can see other Portsmouth/Southampton users with the same issue!

Yeah, I have got some money off after complaining about this but what the hell is going on?
