Very Very slow speeds...

Hello

Is there problems in the Knowle,Bristol area (sorry i dont know area code). For the pass few days the downloads have been appaulling, streaming from Youtube getting buffering problems. The wife likes to catchup TV, but that has constant drop outs as well.

There isnt a time of day this occurs, its basically all day.

Ive rebooted router in case this was needed, didnt make a difference.

Hi richcox13,

Sorry for your recent broadband issues. 

I have tested your connection and can find no active or recent faults reported. However, tests of the upstream network segment reveal network errors were evident on the 23rd & 28th of this month.

These seem to have abated and I'm hoping your broadband performance has improved since you posted. If not please let us know so we can investigate further.

Thanks for the reply.

its a bit hit and miss since I posted. There still seems to be drop outs while the wife uses catchup tv, but maybe it's there server ?

I will keep an eye on it for the next week, if it gets to bad I'll post back.

Hopefully, things have improved for you since posting.

I have double checked everything for you from this end, just to be sure, and I am seeing some timeouts developing via the equipment levels.

If you're still having trouble, we can certainly arrange for one of our engineers to come out and take a look at everything for you.
