Hi , I have been having really slow broadband speed for few days.
I tried to restart the router, turn it on and off.I checked the service status and it showed no issues.
I have a cable connected to my PC , usually I get over 100 mbps but in these last few day it's been between 0.20 - 2.00 mbps .
I tried to call but I got asked for a password , Don't really know what password they are asking.(I know it sound dumb)
Maybe some one can help me

I have tested your connection from here and I noticed that you're only locking onto one upstream channel and this will need to be looked at by one of our engineers.
