Very Slow Speeds

Hi I'm on the vivid 200 package.

For a while now i've been getting awful speeds (first noticed a week ago maybe), as low as 2-3 on wireless and 10 wired.

Spoke with a customer service agent and he did the usual restart and reset to no avail. He then told me I was being throttled for downloading 23 gig this month to which I laughed. Left it with me having to monitor the situation for the next 24hrs (even though it's been happening for a week). 

Not sure what else I can do to be honest so thought i'd come here and ask as i've had good results from the folk on here before.

Cower at the might of my 200mbps connection. Smiley Very Happy

Thanks for posting about this on the community.

 

Can I just confirm whether you're seeing this kind of speed at certain times of the day or are you unable to receive more than 10mb at any time?
