Very Slow Broadband Speeds

Hi

Had a technician round today to investigate extremely slow speeds ~ 1-4Mb per sec after recently upgrading to the 200Mb service. Apparently there is a fault that is not being shown anywhere that I can see, F003480286, which has been in place, according to the tech, a number of months.

I would like to enquire why this fault was not mentioned when I upgraded to 200Mb, as at the moment I am lucky if I get 10% of this speed and feel that I am paying for a service which is not capable of the advertised speeds.

Is there a fix date for this fault and why was I allowed and why am I being charged for a 200Mb service ?

Sorry to read that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.

 

I've checked your connection and can see the high peak time traffic fault in your area that you mentioned. The reference number is F003480286 and with a review date of 21st December.

 

I will pass this across to one of my colleagues who will be in touch with more information.
