Very Erratic Broadband Speeds For The Past 2 Weeks

Hey guys, i'm hoping someone abit more tech savvy than me can help with my problem. For the past couple of weeks my connection has been very erratic, im on upto 150mbps but its been all over the place ranging from 3mbps to 90mbps but averaging around 38mbps

I've tried hard resetting the router multiple times and trying wired and wireless and nothing seems to help it. I'll post my downstream and upstream levels for someone to have a look at, im not savvy enough to understand them lol.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

Thanks for posting your Superhub logs, the levels are all looking healthy at the moment. I've checked your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area affecting speeds, mostly at peak times - Ref.(F004969967). Our technicians are working to get this resolved and have set a review date of 7th June.
