VIVID 200 only reaching 70-95 Mbs

My VIVID 200 broadband connection went live last weekend (new customer) but I have not been able to get above a 100Mbs download. When I run a speed test I typically get results between 70 - 90 Mbs.

I have the Hub3.0 router and speed tests are with a wired connection to the router, although I get the same result with a wireless connection.

Service Status does not report any issues with broadband connection in our area.

I have reset the router many times and run the test from the service status page which reports everything is OK.

I have put the downstream connection details from the router status page below.

Is there anything else that I can do my end to try and improve speed or is this going to need an engineer?

Failure to get above 100Mb is usually down to customer equipment.

Does your device have a gigabit adapter, running in gigabit mode?

Yes. It has a gigabit ethernet adapter and that is the one that I have used to connect to the router. The adapter is running a link speed of 1 Gbit/s.

This has been resolved. There was a recent broadband service outage in out area and once service was restored I was able to attain the full 200Mbs.
