VIVID 200 Optical Fibre - Very slow at peak times

Hi

This has been going in for some weeks now managed to call support and get them to ship out an SH3 but that hasn't made any differance to speeds at peak times.

I pay for a 200 mbit connection and get during the day near to the full 200mbit but in the evenings it's mostly 5-6 mbit for download. It's so bad that websites barely open. Streaming is near to impossible even with nobody else doing anything on the internet in the house.

Sounds like peak time contention. Too many people in the area using the connections at peak times.


A superhub3 wouldn't of made any difference to that.
