I'm trying to resolve the problem of a huge speed deficit and I've run out of ideas so maybe someone can help.
I've tried the SH with modem mode both on and off but no change there. Everything has been restarted (several times). It's attached to the latest airport extreme which used to deliver speeds topping 150MB over wifi. I've run the VM hardware test online and everything came back OK. This isn't a one-off, I've been monitoring this for a while to check it wasn't intermittent. I've tried connecting to the SH via ethernet with no change.
The superhub GUI says it is:
Software Version "V1.01.31" Hardware Version 3.11
Is there anything else I can check to get my speeds back to normal?
I'm sorry for the slow speeds you're getting at the moment, it sounds frustrating.
I've tested the network in your area and I've noticed that fault: F004019927 is affecting you. This fault will be reviewed on the 3rd May, while this is on-going you might experience slow speeds, especially during peak time hours.
