My connection speed is supposedly 150mbs but at times i'm struggling to stream video. Speed test websites say I have a speed of 28mbs. Why is it so slow? it appears to be getting worse to be honest. I don't have the Hub 3.0 so maybe I need that
If wireless, try wired directly to the hub with a Cat 5e cable or better with a device equiped with a gigabit ethernet network card. I would test the speeds during the day and again during evening peak periods.
Following on from griffin I can add that your connection looks in good shape from this end, the only slight concern being upstream power levels which are a touch on the high side and worth keeping an eye on.
