VIVID 100 Area 18 (RH11)

Hi there, 

today is my first day with viring ( i got vivid 100) so after setting up hub 3.0 all updates i start to test speed and... !  max download = 9.82 upload 5.92 - shock

ping over 150 all time ( cant play any games)

I tested wi-fi connection, wired.

 

ios, andorid, desktop, laptop - non all time same pings and speed .

 

Any sugestion ,

 

got 14 days to cancel my contract and stay with sky as the speed is terrible but no ping problem.

you're better off leaving. It's been happening for a while these slow speeds. I'm in the RH11 area too and last few nights have been getting 7.5mb on a 50mb download and high ping. It seems like they aren't resolving it any time soon aswell.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

 

My apologies that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds and high pings.

 

From checking your connection, the network segment is running stable and healthy with no issues. 

 

I appreciate the tests you have completed so far. If you are still having this issue, can you re-post another trace route for me please? Do you notice this at all times of the day? Have you tried the connection through modem mode to see if there is any difference?
