For the past couple of weeks, my broadband speeds, at different times of the day but especially in the evenings, have been painfully slow - often less than 4mbs. I've tried all the usual remedies - hardwired into the router; resetting the router etc. But nothing is making a difference. Can you please advise before I look at terminating the service and going elsewhere?
