VERY slow speeds

Hi,

For the past couple of weeks, my broadband speeds, at different times of the day but especially in the evenings, have been painfully slow - often less than 4mbs. I've tried all the usual remedies - hardwired into the router; resetting the router etc. But nothing is making a difference. Can you please advise before I look at terminating the service and going elsewhere?

Welcome to the community and I'm sorry to learn you're experiencing issues with your broadband connection.

 

I have located your account to test the hub and I can see some signal issues so I would like to arrange for a technician to visit your property so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
