VERY VERY Slow internet speeds and Hub keeps crashing

Keep having very poor internet connection at the moment I have a SH3 and this is the last network log I have

Im on Vivid 200 but today I barely got 35Meg Smiley Sad and a 500mb file took 20mins to download 

Can anyone help and see if there are any faults with the router. ?

Oh have reset and rebooted router several times over the weekend with no improvement

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to learn about your troubles with slow speeds and your Hub crashing. I apologise for any inconvenience.

I have tested the connection from here for you and I noticed that you're only locking to one upstream channel, an engineer will need to attend and investigate this further for you. I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking.

To be honest he came removed a filter and went, I am not very happy as whilst he was here only got 80meg, NOW getting 30meg !! I am on 200Meg.

This has to be down to the Router, could you please arrange for a different cable engineer to call out and actually do something it is getting ridiculous, when my 7 year old son comes down and says that the youtube is buffering and he is loosing his temper with it.

Well the Cable Guy was absolute waste of time just stood in the house with his tablet/phone and looked at the modem LITERALLY Looked at it took the surge protector off it and left ?!? 

PLEASE SEND ANOTHER GUY OUT cant even download a small file ie a 1.08gig file took me nearly an hour to download where the last time would take less than 5 mins.

I think the modem is poorly
