VERY SLOW

450ms ping , 5Meg download (this isn't that close to 200 by the way). Can someone tell me why this is?? And before you ask, it's ethernet connectioed, not wifi.

Just heard that the "review date" has been put back from 5/4/17 to5/9/1

I've googled the "fault" reference, and it goes back to June 2016, so by the time we get to the revised review date, something like 15 months will have passed, without the "fault" being addressed - can one of the mods tell me why Virgin think that this is acceptable??

Following a reset and restart, I'm now up to 78ms ping and nearly 9Meg!! This is fantastic........

Currently 875ms ping, and 1.5 meg download - as an aside, can this board be subtitled *We like it fast, but usually it isn't".

I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow speeds with your connection.

 

I've had a look into this and there appears to be a high demand for our service in your area under the fault reference of F004649457, with a review set for 05/04/2017. This is known to cause slower speeds, particularly during peak times.

The problem is continuous - even at 0600 last Sunday, which doesn't sound like an over demand problem to me....
