Just heard that the "review date" has been put back from 5/4/17 to5/9/1
I've googled the "fault" reference, and it goes back to June 2016, so by the time we get to the revised review date, something like 15 months will have passed, without the "fault" being addressed - can one of the mods tell me why Virgin think that this is acceptable??
I've just received notification of a new badge, thanking me for my involvement in the forum!! If any of the tw@ts had read my posts, they would know that 99.99% of them were pointing out that they are charging me for a service level that has never been achieved.

I've had a look into this and there appears to be a high demand for our service in your area under the fault reference of F004649457, with a review set for 05/04/2017. This is known to cause slower speeds, particularly during peak times.
