I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.
Looking at the high peak time traffic fault you mentioned, our engineers have been working on this and have moved you to a different cable. We are unable to see the data at the moment as it is a new cable, however we will check this in a few days time.
Have you noticed an improvement with the speeds at all?
It doesn't really have any relevance to problems / fixes.
Rotherham was the place to get the recent fixes (part of area 14) but as said the area code means nothing and as such the other cities haven't had no effect from it and shouldn't expect any.
