Re: Urmston area 20 is shocking

Hi eric777m,

Thanks for posting Smiley Happy

Apologies for the slow speeds, thanks for providing speed test results. I've just looked from our end and I can see that we're working on a fault in your area under ref: F004193000 which is currently due for review on the 24th May. While this is on-going you might notice that your speeds are reduced, especially during peak time hours (evenings and weekends).

I know this isn't the best news, please accept my apologies and let me know if there's anything else we can help with.

Take care.

Re: Urmston area 20 is shocking

Be prepared to be 'led by the nose' over this for YEARS...

Every date they give you is a REVIEW...where they look at it, and then decide to give it another 6 months of continued 'selling into' then after 6 months, the same happens again, and again, ad infinitum..read the posts on here, many waiting over 2 YEARS, and STILL their 'reviews get pushed back again...

VM do NOT fix these problems, EVER....be warned and get out NOW!! stop paying this bunch of crooks, same as I am doing. Fed up of being lied to, so moving on, as soon as I can sort out anything that will give me a decent honest service, which VM will NEVER do..

Re: Urmston area 20 is shocking

Yes not good, funny your speed went to pot with the new Super hub upgrade.

I think it's the new super hubs not working correctly same as me.
