Called today because download speed <30 and we pay for 200MB. Customer rep said it was due to high utilisation in this area. ETA for fix is 25th January. He also said that they had had a call open since February last year. Not impressed with the service or the customer care. If I was in my cooling off period I would cancel, but up to you.
I'm in the area 20 Urmston and we had the engineer call today and the hub and connection is all fine but we still only get 2 or 3 meg speed after about 5:30. Engineer say's the same about network congested but say it will be fixed by the end of January.
