Upstream issue

Since yesterday 22nd of November which we had work done on the network here in Swansea as most of the day our internet was off i have noticed that one of my upstream channels seems to be flapping between qam32 and qam64.

I have also noticed that my powerlevels on the upstream are lower so i think there maybe a network issue.

The work done on the network was planned work as we had a letter stating to expect no internet or TV for most of the day.

Could someone please look into this.

I've run a diagnostic on your account and I can see an issue with your upstream power levels. All work in the area has been completed so I'll need to send a technician to adjust this for you.
