Upstream for 150mg package

Hi guys

I'm on 150mg bb and think my up steam is a bit slow. Checking through the modem I see 2 of the upstream channels not locked as below. Is this normal ?

Upstream Channels
Lock Status Channel ID Frequency Modulation Tx Power Mode Channel Bandwidth Symbol Rate
NotLocked 0 0 Hz 0 dBmV 0 Ksym/sec
NotLocked 0 0 Hz 0 dBmV 0 Ksym/sec
Locked 3 32600000 Hz ATDMA 51.5 dBmV 16QAM 6400000 Hz 5120 Ksym/sec
Locked 4 25800000 Hz ATDMA 50.0 dBmV 16QAM 6400000 Hz 5120 Ksym/sec

Re: Upstream for 150mg package

Two upstreams is normal.

!0Mbps is the upload speed for the 150Mbps package.

One of the upstreams is running a tad warm, so it maybe worth keeping an eye on it to check if it is stable.

Posting the hub's logs and downstream power levels may shed a bit more light.

Re: Upstream for 150mg package

A couple of batches of T3 errors on the 9th that may have caused some minor upstream disruption, but logs look fine.

Re: Upstream for 150mg package

Downstream looks fine, the network logswould be useful to check for any obvious misbehaviour on the upstream if you are getting sub 10Mbps upload speed.
