I've received a letter today saying that my service will be inturupted on the 28th October in the WV10 area for upgrade work. How can I find out what work they are doing as I have a ongoing issues with high utilisation and want to know if this is to fix this issue??????
Thanks for posting. I've had a check on the ticket updates for the fault affecting you F003245346 and work is expected to continue in November. If you've got a reference number for the work mentioned in the letter I can certainly check that for you?
I've had a check on your connection. The fault reference affecting you is now F004079460. We are still awaiting a date for further work to go ahead resolving this fault. The review date is estimated for 11/05/2016. Apologies for the delay and any incovenience caused.
I can see the work you have mentioned dated 25/04. The work will be carried out in the daytime between 09:00-15:00.
It looks like they're going to try the traffic and introduce new nodes on to the network. I'm afraid that's all I know. I don't know how effective this will be either as we'll have to wait until the work is completed.
