So after finally getting my superhub 3.0 activated and being upgraded from vivid 200 to vivid 200 gamer I thought I'd do a Speedtest. Turns out I can only get 100mb download and 12mb upload on this gamer package. Not the advertised 200 mb - 20mb. Be aware I did a test on standard vivid 200 superhub 2.0 and would get 187mb download Can someone please check the below router config to see if I'm all setup correctly I would be really greatful
2.4ghz channel set to 13 5ghz channel set to 140 All devices connected static ip wireless
Do you think I have to give it a couple Of days for my Hub to settle in and be put on the right package (vivid gamer) ?
Cable Modem Status Item Status Comments Acquired Downstream Channel(Hz) 434250000 Locked Ranged Upstream Channel(Hz) 46200000 Locked Provisioning State

Your config appears to still be on V200 and not Gamer? It can take a few hours/day or so for the configuration (via DHCP servers) to be mirrored out thru the billing system and then updated and you should then see the Operation Configuration as Max 230,426000 bps D/S and 22,000000 bps U/S on Gamer package.

Please post again if you resolve this off forum as Forum Team will endeavor to respond eventually anyway to ensure you are correctly receiving your selected Tier.
EDIT: Overtaken by Brian's answer but my SH2AC config is 230,000000/12700000 on V200 and my Trial V200 gamer on SH3 as indicated above
Always worth (if you haven't already) performing a cold restart/power cycle anyway.
