Upgraded from 100Mbps to 200Mbps 6 weeks ago, no difference in speed (area 15)

Hi,

I upgraded from 100Mbps to 200Mbps on October 28th. I got an email saying the upgrade was 'complete', when I log into my account I see it listed as 200Mbps. But I've noticed no difference in actual speeds. The highest speed I get is around 3am on a weeknight which is still 110Mbps, the same as it used to be before.

This can't be right, can it? What's the point of the upgrade then? Is there anything I can do about this?

Many thanks in advance for any advice!

hiya @nish81 i would be checking the hub reported speed via http://192.168.0.1 clicking router status top right and choosing operational config, if you could copy/paste the details here.
