Update request for high utilistation/slow peak time speeds fault F004665175, Area 21 - West London

Hi, could one of the mods please update me on the ongoing high utilisation fault no: F004665175 in W3?

This has been going on since last summer, initially I was given a November review date then it was pushed back to April. It is now nearing the end of April, any news or is this going to be pushed back again?

Well that is certainly not what I wanted to hear but thanks for the update anyways I guess *sigh*

This will have been going on for a year come August...so I am sure you can understand if I have little confidence in this getting resolved.

I'm sorry to hear about the connection trouble experienced. 

 

I've checked up on this for you and there doesn't appear to be any faults within the area majorly impacting your service at the moment. 

 

I have, however, inspected the equipment levels and these are displaying a high number of timeouts that I'd like for an engineer to take a look at.

Hi Nat, thanks for getting back to me - can you please then confirm that the high utilisation fault number F004665175 that has been affecting me for so long has now been resolved then?

Most of my neighbors take their families away on long holidays in July/August so it always gets better around this time of year. If extra capacity hasn't been added then I am concerned that the problem will still be there once everyone is back from summer holidays and trying to use their connections at the same time.

I shall contact you shortly via PM to arrange an engineer visit to take a look at the timeouts, they have been a problem in the past though I haven't noticed any recently.

Thanks for responding Fens, 

 

It's quite possible that the fault ticket mentioned is still open, however, when checking the connected cable via your account, this doesn't appear to be majorly impacted by this. 

 

How is the service performing?

Service is fine at the moment, will keep an eye on it for now and let you know if any issues (apart from peak time utilisation) crop up.

*Update* I spoke to someone on online chat who confirmed that the utilisation fault F004665175 effecting speeds at peak time in my area is still open, with a review date of September 27th.
