Hi - the Service Status page is very misleading. You don't update it with network issues as these are not classified as P1 or P2 even though they are catastrophic for users (my speed is 1Mbps with frequent disconnects). Why? Is this a cynical device or just an oversight?
I appreciate your feedback. The Service Status page will only report on faults that are postcode specific. Contention faults are cable specific and don't always affect entire postal areas so the reporting would be flawed when you searched off your postcode.
I hope this offers some form of an explanation and apologies again.
