I've checked your connection and I can see that we're currently working on a fault in your area under ref: F004388244 which is due for review on the 5th April. This fault is known for reducing speeds during peak time hours.

I am in the same area with the same issue, can you please advise what "due for review" means and if there is work ongoing to solve the issue, (are engineers working on this) as this has been going on since July last year
Hi John, have spoken to virgin, they are aware and have engineers working on this at this very time. Their completion deadline is 5th April at the latest, there is a clause in my contract to say that if it isn't fixed by then I can leave at anytime, check yours. I am also now getting a discount of £7.50 per month until the issue is fixed. When it is fixed we should be getting what we pay for, so if you have 100mps, that's what you will get. Hope this helps.
