I've been having buffering issues with Twitch.tv as of late, i'd say for 3 weeks ish now. Twitch seems convinced it's an isp issue, a routing issue to be exact. I'm inclined to believe them as When the buffering gets real bad I'll switch over to 4G on my phone with 0 buffering on what I assume are the same data centres.
Now my internet connection isn't bad, in fact it's brilliant 90% of the time. Here's a speedtest taken at this moment during a time twitch is giving me issues.
So i'm not exactly sure what to do. If any staff could perhaps assist me or advise me what to do, I'd appreciate it.
Really sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with your connection when using Twitch. Does this happen with every stream you attempt to view or only certain users? I've just done a trace route from my side and I did get some time outs. Are you able to do some trace routers and let us know the results please.
Thanks for posting to bring this to our attention, we'll do all we can to help.

Sorry for late post, am getting buffering issues as of right now which reminded me about this thread i made. I eventually get buffering issues on all streams however more so on some, i'll name a few I constantly get buffering during peak though not sure if it helps. Lirik, DansGaming, Timthetatman, Tangent, Ellohime. As of right now my internet is again flawless in everything except twitch and i'm forced once again to used my mobile 4G connection to watch any stream.
Here's a trace route to Twitch.tv. You might have been wanting something more specific but i'm unsure what exactly you need.
I am sorry but the trace routes do not seem to show a problem, our network looks to be performing well. There was a little bit of area upstream noise when you posted so that may have contributed however it is okay now. Perhaps it may be worth setting up a Broadband quality Monitor to see how it goes.
