Time out and slow speeds

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what the following errors mean? My internet keeps dropping out.  Spoke with Indian call centre said there is a issue in my area until 16 dec but people in Newcastle said my area is fine. Ive had a technician come to my use over some issue about noise but said everything seems okay. I am mean to be getting 200mbps but on avarage i get approx 30.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area causing connection issues - Ref.(F004939874). Our technicians are working to get this resolved as soon as possible and have set a review date of 20th December.

 

Once the network problem has cleared, I'll take another look at your levels and see if there's an issue.
