Time for a new "How to check if there's a problem with my Virgin Media services?" video.

Given the complete lack of support from VM on utilisation faults, the lies on the status page, the 2 weeks to never response times here, the faults that never get fixed, lack of transparency on fault details, etc. I think it's time for a new "How to check if there's a problem with my Virgin Media services?" video.

It would be short:

1) Check if your bill says Virgin Media.

2) If it does, there's a fault.
