Hello Virgin Media, any news on ticket F004926320, EH14 "over utilisation" ?
Put up with this since last year and been told it will be sorted 5th April 2017. Is that correct ?
Ok PM to Virgin re this goes unanswered.
Written complaint to Virgin Media sent today re the slow speeds.

I've just checked the review date for the fault in your area and I can confirm it's the 5th April. Please note this is a review date, this isn't necessarily when the fault will be fixed.

So it seems that the conversation on 150 was just a load of rubbish. Just tell the customer what he wants to hear.
Well the conversation stating very clearly that the FIX date 5th April was "recorded for training" by both of us so as the complaint moves on that will be handy.
Looking at the forum this is a very widespread issue. Virgin needs to sort it sooner rather than later.
Perhaps a consistant 70 mps from BT or Sky could be better for me ? God knows why I pay for 200mps when it's up and down like a yoyo.
