Thought it was to good to be true :( - WN6 Wigan Area

After 13 months of over being in an over subscribed area i finally got a fix (moved to a new box) and for 3 weeks i have been enjoying the service as it should be but last night i saw speeds drop to as low as 4mb Smiley Sad i had this problem from about 8.30pm and lasted for a couple of hours.  I am hoping it was a blip or something and that things are not going to go back to how it was for 13 months Smiley Sad can anyone from Virgin please check this for me?

If I was cynical, I might think that the new box meant VM thought you were a new customer and opened the taps a bit for you... just long enough to be unable to cancel within the cooling-off period. If I was cynical.

Could have others moved to your box while they upgrade another part of the network near you.
