Even my bill for my V6 box is still wrong, one box at half price does not equal > £200
Three calls and it's still not corrected !
No discount for poor speeds showing up on bills.
Perhaps I should just use my internet connection in the mornings when it does work as it should.
Oh, did I mention that apart from a letter confirming my written complaint I have had nothing back from your complaints department. Someone phoned me when I was driving and sai they would phone back on Monday after noon. Have they ? No.
