This mornings Speed (or lack of)

Been ok all week, then this morning just over 9mbs.

Great when we pay for up to 200mbs.

Complaint raised to next level by letter.

probably over utilisation.. however

Wifi or Wired connection ?

And prob worth posting your router stats in case you've levels have somehow got messed up.

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

I can see from your other thread > Ticket F004926320 - Very slow at times, that you are being affected by a high peak time traffic fault in your area and my colleague Heather checked this for you.

 

In regards to the other issue with your broadband connection, there is an SNR (signal to noise ratio) fault also reported. The reference number is F004978752 and has a review date of 28th February.

 

We will check this nearer the date for further updates.

I am afraid that I take anything Virgin Media tells me with a big pinch of salt.

And as far as review dates go, we tend to say "aye right !".

Even my bill for my V6 box is still wrong, one box at half price does not equal > £200

Three calls and it's still not corrected !

No discount for poor speeds showing up on bills.

Perhaps I should just use my internet connection in the mornings when it does work as it should.

Oh, did I mention that apart from a letter confirming my written complaint I have had nothing back from your complaints department. Someone phoned me when I was driving and sai they would phone back on Monday after noon. Have they ? No.

 

A very unhappy customer.
