VM Speak via an offshore call centre: "Yes, it will be fixed at 10:30 on X Day.".
"Doing upgrades in your area. It'll be fixed on ---." Buffalo Dirt!
"Our highly trained engineers are on the job, and working for you." Buffalo Dirt!
The VM network is on it's knees in places (A lot of places.).
Don't even bother to talk to the offshore fellers. VM only has review dates (Which mean nothing, as far as a fix goes.).
Sorry, you new fellers to the forum, but that's how it is. Take it, or leave it (Run like hell if you're still within your 14 day cool off period, and you're Over Utilised/ Peak Time Agg', etc, or anything else that VM can use as a Buzz Term.).
i got stopped today while walking through a shopping centre by a bloke at a vm kiosk.very interesting Buffalo dirt talk.i thought why not lets see what he as to say about the 100mbps package and the hub 3.it was going so well.not much over subscriptions in the area apparently.till i got my phone out and showed him my fault ref number.the conversation went down hill big time.LOL
I think that it's the grabbing me by the collar that gets me, by the Mrs, in Asda, when i'm doing my domestic duty. And some 'erbert wants to sell me something that I know that doesn't work. "Oh, that sounds lovely mate, how much is that?"
