I am currently receiving a discount for speed issues (which has been going on for months now). but this week has hit an all time low.
Getting speeds all this week ranging from 500mb to 8gb on avg.
Tried calling customer services tonight. forget it , they never answer. im paying for 100mb. what an utter, utter joke.
I can barely stream youtube without constant buffering. Can an admin person look into this for me please. cos its near impossible to get an answer from anybody. WHEN WILL THIS BE FIXED...

I've taken a look at the high peak time traffic fault in your area, it currently has a new reference number under F004798230 and has a review date of 22nd February 2017.
