Since signing up for a 200 Mbps service last year I continue to experience the worst performance from the Virgin network I have ever encountered. Speed drops down to 5Mbps are common. The fastest it has ever been is 181 Mbps, it has only managed that twice and that was more than 6 months ago. Generally the performance is terrible. I'm not aware of any kind of business where companies would get away with the equivalent lack of service. What is going on?
Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you're getting poor speeds. I've just checked your connection and can see that there is a contention fault in the area under ticket F004838707. This will cause poor speeds at peak times such as evenings and weekends and is due for review 15/03/17.
