You can see from the photo below that despite being on a 70Mbps connection (allegedly!) we are having a terrible service at the moment. The graphs at the side show how intermittent our connection currently is.
I did a check fault on the online fault checker and it told us to restart our router, which we did and then since then, the fault checker has said no problems ,,, but there clearly is an issue.
For ages now (months) we have had problems like this, needing to restart our router 2-3 times a week
I hate the fact that longstanding customers are not upgraded to the new techology after a certain amount of time. Ive been with VirginMedia for over 10years ... costs forever rising .. but not getting any extra benefit.
