Why only with virgin media are the speeds so inconsistent - constantly spiking up and down - the only thing VM seem to be consistent in is being consistently bad - why am I paying for 75meg to be sat on 10 if I'm lucky - recently let my 12 meg talk talk second line go and boy do I regret it as it was consistent 12 no up or downs at any time - what the hell is going on VM

I've located you account and everything is looking great at the moment; signal levels are good and there are no network issues. I'd like to get a little more information so I can figure out what's going on:-
Are you connecting wired or wirelessly?
Does it affect multiple devices or just one?
Does it happen at certain times of day?
