Terrible Speeds at every time of the day. Not just peak times.

Previously, my dad and I split the bill for a 200mb speed internet but we never got anywhere near that speed so we decided to downgrade to a 50mb speed and we are still getting nowhere near that. On a good day we may get 6mb but it can be as low as 1mb. My PC is plugged straight into the modem through Ethernet. A technician has already been out attempting to fix the Internet connection as it has disconnected on numerous occasions leaving us with no Internet, whatsoever.

 

any help would be great but 6mb is not enough when trying to download full games on my PC.

Can you post the stats from your hub?

If you are using just a superhub please enter 192.168.0.1 in a web browser you do not need to log in just click on the view stats tab

If you are using a seperate router and the superhub is in modem mode enter 192.168.100.1 in a web browser you do not need to log in just click on the view stats tab

Sorry to read you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.
